Health Safety and Environment Policy

At Intelligent Scaffolders, we consider occupational health & safety (OH&S) and environmental protection as one of our strategic goals. We recognize that providing and integrating a sound environmental, health and safety program into our business is vital to our success.

It is Intelligent Scaffolders’ policy to:

  • Comply with all pertinent environmental and safety laws, rules and regulations, not just because it is legally required, but also because we believe it is the responsible way to conduct our business;
  • Set HSE targets and goals annually to measure our performance, to achieve greater results and continuous improvement in our service delivery;
  • Provide education and training to our employees in order for them to have the knowledge, skills, and understanding to perform their responsibilities and duties at the  highest level;
  • Empower and expect employees to promptly report noncompliance or unsafe conditions and to take immediate action to prevent injuries or environmental accidents;
  • Ensure strict adherence to our HSE policy by our employees and also integrates HSE policies of our Clients/Customers with ours to achieve the safest working conditions;
  • Always use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times when carrying out our services and
  • Provide the best safety measures when working at height, it is mandatory for all our employees to always use Personal Fall-Arrest Systems (PFAS) when working at height.
  • Ensure that safety meetings, including toolbox talks are held regularly on all sites.
  • Conduct safety audits regularly to ensure compliance to safety standards, rules and regulations.
